I can’t say enough good things about Loomis Self Storage and the incredible people behind it. I’ve had 6–7 large units here over the past 15 years, and during that time this never felt like a typical business relationship — it felt like family. The owners, Brian and Nancy, along with their superstar son Sean, have always treated me with kindness, fairness, and genuine care. And their front office manager Carrie is simply the best — organized, friendly, and always willing to help. Over the years, I’ve seen other storage companies become impersonal and raise rates without warning. That was never my experience here. Units were always priced fairly, and anytime I needed help, they worked with me. That kind of integrity and personal service is rare these days. I recently sold everything I had in storage and no longer needed my units, but I couldn’t leave without sharing how much this place and these people have meant to me. It truly didn’t feel like a customer/business setup — it felt like a great family being there when I needed them. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for me over the years. Loomis Self-Storage is the best facility I have ever used to store my items!!! They have the best customer service (always greeted by a warm and friendly “hello”), they are flexible with me when needed and I feel so safe with my items store here! Their prices are very reasonable, and I feel taken care of with my storage needs.
